Earlier this month CSD were called in to conduct some repairs in the scheduled maintenance programme to the main lifting bridge in Poole Harbour. The team were called upon to carry out a series of tasks to improve the bridges cable ducting. Replacement anodes were also fitted to supporting cross members, requiring our underwater welding expertise. This is a difficult location to work in with strong tidal flows and short diving windows. Work was completed to the client’s satisfaction and within time programmed timescales.
